We’ve all been caught up in those meetings where nothing gets decided. Lots of opinions, but it all goes round in circles.
And is a colossal waste of time and money, when there’s a better and cheaper option.
And that’s talking to those who are most affected by your decisions. The customer!
Give them the problem and they can solve it overnight. But what it does take is having a strong engagement with them, so they want to help you.
